I had a great experience with TopTech Electrical. Alex, the owner, came out to provide an estimate and took the time to explain the installation process and diagnose the problem with our broken outlet, which required a new breaker. His technician, Oscar, later came out to install our new kitchen ceiling light and replace the breaker. Alex and the TopTech office were great about communicating and keeping me informed throughout the process. The pricing was reasonable, and everyone was professional, friendly, and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend TopTech Electrical.
Outstanding service!!! Work completed very professionally and promptly. Alex pointed out a potential electrical safety hazard in our home. We had an old, potentially unsafe circuit breaker box, which was confirmed all over the Internet. We were very thankful that this was pointed out to us. This is our second time working with Alex at TopTech Electrical. We had one moderate and two smaller electrical tasks to correct, and we set a timeframe for it to be done in a short amount of time, as our family dynamic is improving and changing fast, and these prolonged to-dos needed to be checked off. I requested an estimate for the relocation of a fireplace switch to accommodate a large armoire in a cove, ceiling light/fan combo installation, and the fix of our pantry light. Alex came out to us in Brentwood just a day and a half later and provided a thorough review estimate with options, to boot. He even thanked us for being a returning customer, which is very neat. We scheduled the service of the three components for the literal day after, which is AMAZING. The estimate was also very reasonable, fair, and just. Rafael provided the labor, and though there was just one simple mistake of a switch plate not lining up to the plate nearby, Alex and Rafael were VERY quick to adjust, adapt, and recover, which included Rafael having to not only come back, but adjust to our timeline of availability for the next two hours. Suffice to say, we are more than pleased! BIG thank you to Alex, Rafael, and TopTech Electrical for your promptness and reasonableness in ensuring our home is taken care of.

TopTech and Alex are amazing! I had a recurring breaker switch problem that left half the house in the dark! Alex came to the rescue one day later and solved the immediate issue. He was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. There is some followup investigation to be done, and I did not hesitate to hire him for that work. I have owned rental property for many years and have used many sub-contractors. Alex is an enthusiastic young man that has many years of experience and has just opened his own company. Comptent with great work ethics! We had no electricity on one part of the house. Circuit breakers didn't show an issue. Alex came over to diagnose and quote. He found out the problem in literally 2 minutes and solved it. He refused to charge me anything even when I asked few times. I trust Alex for his knowledge and for his great work ethics and I will hire his company in the future for any electrical service.

Alex and his team really went above and beyond to understand my needs and what I wanted to do (installing an EV Charger, converting outlets to make projects easier, adding new lines and outlets for a sauna and cold plunge area, and more). What sealed the deal was the initial consultation and Alex taking the time to debug my panels. Previous owners didn’t do a good job labeling, and he took the extra time to help me figure out what went to what, and in that process he found I had plenty of of amperage for my projects (other electricians were trying to upsell me on getting more amps than I needed). Alex also made good suggestions to future proof my setup in case we want to change things. Pricing was reasonable. Alex also was the only one ensuring we get a permit and do everything the right way, vs cutting corners. Amazing work and follow through and I’ll be coming back for future projects for sure. After expertly diagnosing the problem with our doorbell, Alex (owner) came out on a Saturday morning to replace our transformer (and had chime ready just in case that needed replacement too). Alex quickly responded to my request on Yelp to replace one of my circuit breakers that had tripped and wouldn't reset. After a quick assessment confirming what the issue was he replaced the bad circuit breaker and everything was back to normal. I had a great experience working with Alex from TopTech Electrical Services. He was professional, prompt, and extremely knowledgeable. I originally hired him to fix a doorbell issue, but he quickly diagnosed that the real problem was a faulty transformer. In the process, I also learned that the previous electrician had done a pretty poor job. Alex thoroughly fixed everything, and what impressed me most was the level of care he put into the work -- he spent just as much attention cleaning up afterward as he did solving the electrical issues. We were in dyer need of an electrician asap. My husband is a firefighter, wasn’t home, & out of NOWHERE, my washer, freezer and fridge, all in my garage quit working, (most importantly my peloton). My husband got home the next morning, & we could not identify the problem. After a few hours of self-investigating with no luck, we decided to go to yelp, hoping for someone local & available. That’s when I sent a message to Top Tech Electrical, in Livermore. Within 5 minutes, we had a call back. He came out later that afternoon around 5:30, SAME DAY. He was able to identify the issue & sent us a quote that night (Thursday). We accepted the quote. Alex Gonzalez came back out on Saturday around 12:30. He worked hard for 3-4 hours in extreme heat and small spaces. He came across a few bumps, but came up with a solution and was DONE by 4:30 for a very reasonable price. His professionalism was unmatched, extremely polite, & very friendly. He was punctual, and eager to help us. We will be definitely saving his number and calling him for all our future electrical needs.
